I encountered the coolest thing today! I went to pick up the last pick up of the season for my CSA, and I got the pleasure of picking out the prettiest Kombucha squash. Have you seen one of these suckers? They’re gorgeous and weird. I said to myself “cool! I’m gonna eat’em”, but do I cook Kombucha squash the same way I cook Butternut squash or Acorn squash?
